How does the tailoring process work?

Simply provide your height and UK shirt size, then using our custom measurement system, we generate all the dimensions needed to craft your perfectly tailored thobe. These measurements are then passed on to our expert tailoring team, who hand make each thobe with care and quality.

How do I order a thobe?

Orders are placed using the order form: https://2k0ptsjp.forms.app/clothing-order-form

At Anāqah, we offer two order options:

• First option is delivery drops. Here we produce our thobes in carefully crafted batches. This means all orders must be placed before a set deadline, and we deliver them by a scheduled date.

The cost will be the price of the thobe/s with free UK delivery.

• Second option is split into two:

A) Individual orders of 1-2 thobes. Orders can be placed at anytime. The cost will be the price of the thobe/s plus international shipping charges from Saudi Arabia.

B) Individual orders of 3 or more thobes. The cost will be the price of the thobe/s with free delivery.

Can I make changes to my order after submitting measurements?

Yes — you can make changes within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, production begins, and adjustments may not be possible. If you need urgent edits, reach out to our support team right away.

What if the thobe doesn’t fit perfectly?

Our goal is a flawless fit. If your thobe isn’t quite right, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We offer complimentary alterations or a remake depending on the issue — your satisfaction is guaranteed.
